SLOW HATHA FLOW
This class offers slower pace which also allows the mind and body to slow down. Slow however does not necessarily mean the class is an easy one . Slow Flow classes, combine Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, and are a good place start if your new to yoga, - enabling you to become comfortable with practicing yoga. This class is suitable for mixed ability students. If you are a beginner, as well as learning the basic postures, you will learn about body alignment and yogic breathing (Pranyama). You will also be introduced to elements of flow where we will move from pose to pose in a sequence (with some resting). More advanced offerings will be given for the more experienced Yogi. This class is a good place to start for progression to Vinyasa Flow. Slow Flow classes gives you the space to refine and strengthen your practice. Slowing the flow down means you can feel the postures deeper whilst also working on flexibility, strength and alignment

VINYASA FLOW
This class is a more high intensity and calorie-burning than the Slow Flow class, where you will flow continuously from one posture to the other seamlessly. There will be some static posture practice too. Expect to increase body heat and sweat a little in this class (without resting sometimes).  This class is more suited to students who have practiced yoga before.

Mixed ability classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy, depending on how you feel.

If you are new to Yoga you can rest as much as you like - you will learn new things every time you practice and before you know it you will flow with ease, and start feeling the benefits of the practice.

YANG TO YIN

Can’t decide if you want to move and build strength, or just lie down and stretch? You don’t have to choose. Yang to Yin class is designed to give your body and mind the absolute best of both worlds.

The session is split into two beautiful, deliberate halves:

Part 1: The Yang (Find Your Flow)

We begin with the 'Yang'—a slow, mindful, and fluid flow practice. We will warm up the muscles, release the day's built-up physical tension, and get your energy moving. It’s all about creating space in the body and building a little gentle strength.

Part 2: The Yin (Find Your Stillness)

Once the body is warm and the mind is quiet, we drop completely down to the floor for the 'Yin' half of the class. Here, the pace slows right down. We hold passive, deeply supported floor stretches for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. By letting gravity do the work, we target the deeper connective tissues around your hips, lower back, and shoulders, allowing your nervous system to enter a state of total relaxation.

YIN INSPIRED DEEP STRETCH

If your body feels constantly tight, your mind feels busy, or you are simply exhausted by the fast pace of daily life, this class is your permission to slow right down.

Yin-Inspired Deep Stretch is a quiet, meditative, and entirely floor-based practice.

We settle into gentle stretches for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. By holding the postures for longer, we move past the muscles and target the deeper connective tissues like the fascia, ligaments, and joints around your hips, lower back, and shoulders.

This class is a physical "reset button." By slowing your breathing and resting in stillness, you invite your brain and body out of "fight-or-flight" mode and into deep relaxation.
